We supply EVS seating in all colours. Ten vinyls are held as stock colours, and custom and contract colours are available to order. We can also match seat vinyl to an upholstery-grade vinyl supplied in rolls, so door panels, cabinet trim and other interior surfaces can be finished to match the seats.

Swatches are close to the actual vinyl but are not an exact colour match – screens vary. Ask us for a physical sample before specifying a colour.
Seamless construction and infection control
Seamless seats and cushions use a special heavy-duty vinyl. Because there are no seams, there is nowhere for blood or other fluids to collect – the surface wipes down completely between jobs, and the vinyl is formulated to withstand repeated disinfection with diluted bleach.

Cleaning
The vinyl carries a protective finish and a sulphide stain-resistant formulation, so most staining and soiling can be removed in service.
Light soiling
Clean with warm water and a liquid cleaner or degreaser, using a sponge or soft cloth.
Bodily fluid stains
Clean with a soft white cloth using a solution of 10% household bleach (sodium hypochlorite) to 90% water. Rub gently, then rinse with a water-dampened cloth to remove the bleach concentrate.
Matching vinyl and custom work
Alongside the seats we can supply matching vinyl in rolls (cut yardage), plus custom cushions and headrests. If you are finishing a saloon to a particular scheme, we can coordinate the seat vinyl with the surrounding trim.
